“Chaya” (Chai/Tea) is one of the top consumed beverage in India. It can be declared as one of the national beverage of India. Chaya/Chai is made by brewing black tea in milk and water then sweetening with sugar.
Cafe “Oruchaya” (which means a Chai/Tea) was founded in one of the village of Kerala. Founded by some “Chaya Premees” (Chai Lovers/Tea Enthusiasts), it offers a wide variety of Kerala cuisine ethnic snacks, tea and refreshment. Cafe Oruchaya blends nature’s beauty with the art of tea.
